JavaScript onpagehide Event

The onpagehide event occurs when the user is navigating away from a webpage.

Note: Unlike onunload event, the onpagehide event will cache the page to be replaced by another page.

onpagehide Event as Attribute

Using addEventListener() Method

Note: The addEventListener() method is not supported in Internet Explorer 8 and below.
